HEALTHY PUMPKIN SOUP
• 1 chicken bouillon cube
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 cups of water
• 5 cup pumpkin puree
• Milk (optional)
• In a huge saucepan, sauté garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil.
• Add water and the bouillon cube and bring to a boil.
• Then add the pumpkin puree and let it boil till it looks
• To make it more nutritious, pour one cup of soup in a
bowl and add powder milk and mix well.
• Add it back to the pan and simmer it but do not bring it
